The Foot Space Cancellation Policy
Patients will be charged in full for any appointment missed, cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice*.
Patients with outstanding fees will not be allowed to make any further appointments at The Foot Space until fees are settled.
This is to avoid wasted appointments and to reduce waiting times.
* Cancellations are deemed late if they are received after 3pm on the working day before the appointment. Working days are defined as Monday to Saturday inclusive, except bank holidays.
Deposits
A deposit is required for all complementary therapy appointments.
A nominal fee of £1.00 will be taken from a debit/credit card. This will be deducted from the appointment fee on attendance. The remainder of the appointment fee will be taken from the debit/credit card if appointments are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice* as per The Foot Space Cancellation Policy.
Patients who prefer to pay the deposit by cash or cheque will be required to pay 50% of the appointment fee as a deposit. This will be deducted from the appointment fee on attendance. The remainder of the appointment fee will be charged if appointments are missed, cancelled or rescheduled without sufficient notice* as per The Foot Space Cancellation Policy.
